Any questions regarding to orders (ex. item size/color/shipping etc.) may be asked to Personal Shoppers that they take care all once the order has been placed until the item is delivered to you.

BUYMA itself does NOT carry any physical stock of items. When you place the order, the Personal Shopper will buy the item for you from a third-party retailer, and thus returns/exchanges cannot be made.
