Ask the Personal Shopper for any item inquiries (ex. size/color etc.) including shipment and proceed to checkout when you are ready to order.
Personal Shoppers buy an item after an order has been placed and they do NOT have any stock, so please contact them to make sure for stock availability BEFORE placing an order. Your order can NOT be canceled, refunded or exchanged once it has been confirmed.
2. check & buy
Once your order has been placed, Personal Shoppers buy the item which is only brand-new and undamaged so they check the item condition and get ready to ship.
The order may be canceled if the item is already sold out or doesn’t meet the item quality standards on BUYMA.
Personal Shoppers ship the item directly to you, but sometimes they are not familiar with your country and might ask you for the shipping address via BUYMA message before ship. They could also wrap the item so please ask if you would like to receive as gift!
3-18 days to deliver the item so you may need to ask Personal Shoppers if you want the item faster. If you don’t receive the item within 18 days after your order has been placed, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
**Special/custom orders mostly take more than 18 days.
