- When I get orders from customers, I'll be purchasing the products. If shops has its stocks, I can immediately purchase them, however I sometimes require to wait receiving ones due to stock status. That will suppose to take around 5 business days, after that I carefully check the products then I'll be able to send them to Japan. We can estimate the delivery date around 10-15 days(without trucking number/with trucking number is more shorter) but the county of France often has strikes so might be delay to arriving your order.

- I don't accept none of refund reasons that you get misunderstand size, color, texture and so on. Avoiding the issues, you should ask me before you order products.

- I usually utilize recycle carbon boxes keeping cost down for my customers so please understand that you won't get new brand packages. ( When I pack small stuff which is less than 3cm depth into plastic bags, these might be new one.)
