2. If the item gets lost or damaged after it is shipped, we will contact our post office and offer as much support as we possibly can. However, we are not responsible for the item once it is shipped, so if you would like to be safe, we recommend that you select to add insurance to the package or track the package.
3. If you choose to have the item sent by regular mail (first-class mail), please feel free to select the "safety plus" option during the purchasing process. Choosing this option will allow you to receive a full refund from BUYMA in case the item gets lost or damaged during shipment.
