Please be understanding of this beforehand. - We ask for your understanding in advance that for the items delivered from overseas, delivery might be delayed due to bad weather and/or transportation conditions. Extension of the delivery date might be requested. - Regardless of size chart, fitting feel can vary depending on the texture and design of the products - Please contact me do not hesitate to refrain from immediately, if you have any questions.
<Packaging> - Air-cushion envelope or cardboard box. - All items have been inspected by oversea retailers and have passed inspection standards.
<Shipping> We will send orders within 3 to 7 days after payments. In most cases, orders often arrive within 10 to 20 days after they are shipped.(EMS is 3 to 7 days). Other factors, such as national holidays, weekends, customs clearance, delayed payments and shipping fee confirmation, might extend shipping times. It will take about 2 days when we obtain items from shops or retailers in other cities in Korea. It will take more a week to ship out when the goods is sold out.
<Customs> - As BUYMA rule, we are not responsible for taxes, duties, or fees your country may charge. - Customs duty and other taxes may be levied when the shipment reaches your country. Policies on those taxes vary in each country, so please contact the customs office in your country for more details.
<Return Policy> - We cannot accept any return/exchange/refund on overseas orders. - Please read product description carefully, and make enquiries before you place an order. We are happy to help always. - Please be advised beforehand that returning of products are allowed strictly to those faulty or damaged items, or incorrect items once delivery is completed. - Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on items once they are worn or used (no tag, missing pieces). Furthermore, we will not accept any return for reasons such as "The product looks different from what I thought it would look". - Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the items received are faulty or not as ordered. - Please send me email and to proof of picture for damages or faults.
