THESE FLARED PLATFORMS ARE THIGH HIGH. THEY HAVE A TIGHT COVERED ELASTIC LEATHER SOCK UPPER WHICH WIDENS OVER THE FOOT CREATING A VOLUME FROM KNEE TO TOE. THEY HAVE DIAGONAL SEAM LINES MEETING AT A POINT OVER THE KNEE AND SLOPE DOWN TO CENTRE BACK CALF. THEY FEATURE A 12CM TRANSPARENT HEEL (4,5CM RISE), A THICK COVERED FRONT PLATFORM AND A BEVELED GRILL SECURED WITH SILVER RIVETS

 

THIS IS A COMBINATION OF STRETCH LAMB LEATHER AND GREY WOLF NUBUCK.

 

THIS STRETCH LAMB LEATHER HAS A SMALL GRAIN TEXTURE AND MATTE FINISH. 

 

THIS LEATHER IS MADE BY A SECOND GENERATION FAMILY OWNED TANNERY IN THE SOUTH OF FRANCE SPECIALIZING ONLY IN STRETCH LEATHER PRODUCTION. EACH SKIN IS STRETCHED OUT TO ITS LIMIT AND BONDED TO A COTTON AND LYCRA FABRIC BACKING. WHEN DYED, THE HEAT OF THE PROCESS ACTIVATES THE LYCRA ELASTIC FIBRES THAT SHRINK THE FABRIC AND WITH IT THE SKIN, BACK TO ITS ORIGINAL SIZE. THE LEATHER THEN EXITS THE PROCESS AS STRETCH.
