We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right, please report us providing with the pictures that show the shipping label and the product. Then we will arrange the return for you. Please ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags, accessories and original packaging.
Shoes must be returned with their original boxes, dust bags and cards, when you try them on stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles. Swimwear briefs and swimsuits can only be returned if the sanitary liner strip is intact. Any faulty item can be returned. Any non-faulty item that is not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
